#367 Error when rubberbanding ncRNA & some other type

Obscure bug reported by Simon: if you rubberband an ncRNA (or a tRNA?) *and* at least one other annotation of a different type, and then try to get Sequence, it throws an exception trying (erroneously) to get AAs. If you just select an ncRNA by itself, it works fine.
