#363 label exons with transcript name, not \\\"no_name\\\"

If you select an exon and pull up a sequence window, its name comes up as "no_name". (If you select a whole transcript--including a single-exon transcript where you only need to select the one exon--the transcript name shows up.) Should exons be labeled with transcript name?
