#304 ChadoXML adapter, should switch to chado.style if tiers not
- Switched to chado XML adapter, tried to load file, got
Set style to /users/nomi/.apollo/chado.style; style file source(s):
/users/nomi/.apollo/chado.style, /users/nomi/.apollo/chado.style
[Popup error complaining it couldn't find the tiers file]
Why didn't it also use apollo/conf/chado.style?

- Should have it get the conf files from the jar EVERY time, for proper
autoupdating (what if conf files had been changed on the server--you
don't want to just keep using old ones). This should also (hopefully)
fix this problem.
