EDE80) If you load /users/sima/apollo_data/sdk.sima.xml there is a deletion in the genomic sequence, and you can see it in yellow in the main display and in the EDE. But if I uncheck the box "Show introns in translation viewer", the black rectangle on the glyph in the bottom of the EDE that tells me where I am no longer shows up. I think that the problem may only be for a gene with a genomic sequence change, not for just any gene. But if I remove the deletion, I still can't see the black rectangle when I don't show introns for the sdk gene.
