#1 File level results in the report

From what I have seen, GMetrics does not provide file level results in its report.
For eg: Lines of code in MyClass.groovy file OR Number of classes in MyClass.groovy
A single groovy file may contain one or more Groovy classes. Hope they'll add that feature in next release.
If there is already a way to get around that, please do let me know. Thanks

Unfortuntely, there is currently no way to get that level of information. I see that you (or someone else) opened a feature request for that:
