* how about, instead of having a menu to choose maps, just a menu entry "suggest map" and a map would be automatically retrieved from a list (1), rulemaker accepts or denies the map change. (1)The map suggestions would be queried from a .cfg file, or completely random, always depending on the selected mod.

New Menu items / Subitems
* i've seen the variables page you wrote on the wiki. lots of stuff there, armor absortion, lg power..... how about having a submenu of "GAMEPLAY CHANGES" and add some menu entries there, with some preset options like: ARMOR ABSORTION: Default, High, Low || LG POWER: Default, Low, Lower and faster || <more stuff="">
so, instead of having to change 3 or 4 variables at a time on CLI, just have some presets on the submenu the menu, and the rulemaker can easliy select the wanted presets. for fun, for a change , whatever. "Loadouts" could be moved to this gameplay submenu, and maybe even other options.

PRE-GAME COUNTDOWN
All non standard game rules should be displayed here. And by nonstandard i mean the rules that are set differently than the preset for the selected gametype. In addition, some game rules must be displayed everytime. such as gametype, timelimit, powerups.
