act as a braintorm tool;
tool to set the path GMAPN should take from a User's point of view (look and feel)

MISCELANEOUS BEHAVIOR
* It should be clear who the rulemaker is, at all times on the menu

CLI
* everyone could use CLI to
* chose a map,
* voting,
* getting HELP on gmapn

MENU
see Menu

GAME
it should be clear who is spectating and who is queued to play
it should be clear for the spectator what mod is being played
It should be clear for the spectator if he can join the game (join late on a matchless game) or not;
on the countdown on gamestart, information about the game must be displayed, a la ktx. see MENU page.
after the game ends, endscores are displayed, and the map gets reloaded or changed. if players readyup again, the same rules applied in the previous game are applied and game starts normally.
On teamgames, if 60% of the players are ready, forcestart behavior is automatically triggered.

ROUNDS
Besides the normal QW frags or points, there should be a brand new score system, based on Rounds. Many gametypes on gmapn are round based, so this is needed.On Round based games, its the Rounds that determine who wins the game, not the frags.
Round based gametypes have slightly different settings: timelimit is per round, the number of rounds (if not configurable) should be fixed to 10. The team that reaches 10 score, wins.

Printing information about rounds: Other mods, like clan arena, use rounds and print round results on the console - which works and should be done in gmapn too. In addition, i would like to see a hud item for the rounds - if this isn't possible, it would have to be done using centerprint text.
Until now, the roundbased gametypes are: duelarena, clan arena, h&s, freezetag <insert more="">

SCORES
On Round based gametypes (and maybe even other scenarios) the scores aren't necessarely FRAGS. Can be POINTS too. Ensure that 3rd party tools (like a website) can filter/distinguish what are frags and what are points (prolly based on GameType played)
