List of issues that stop a release

Make shotgun spread match original. [IMPORTANT]
Check LG particles so they are standard. [IMPORTANT]
On Duel Arena, clients aren't dropped if they spectate which makes the game impossible to stop. [NEEDS REPRODUCIBLITY]
Several timers spawned in Hide & Seek [NEEDS REPRODUCIBILITY]
Sometimes after intermission (map change) the server is unreachable. Last log entry is "Server spawned." and CPU usage is 100% [ADDED HACK NEEDS TRIAGE]

Aesthetics

Rounds on menu(?) [LOW PRIO]
Hide & Seek centerprint needs to be displayed a bit longer.
HnS implement touching the players to find them.
Make sure that Hide & Seek does a "time's up!" when the round ends with no winner.
Fix CSQC so FTE clients can see enitities. [LEAVE OUT CSQC FROM RELEASE]

Server spams "unrecognized self.weapon" debug info when there is no breakage or anything. Spike said it is due to spectators. [FIXED]
Rulemaker status should be preserved every map change until the rulemaker leaves the server. [FIXED]
