#28 standard gmail url not working in germany

The G-Mail url that is used to open gmail in the browser by clicking on the "go to inbox" context menu button is not working in germany.

Because of legal implications, google was forced to block this address for users from germany. Instead the URL
http://mail.google.com/ has to be used.

I managed to fix this by changing the hard-coded URL in line 358 + 359 in notifier.py

I'm currently using version 1.6.1, but the URL is still hard-coded in version 1.6.1.1

Is there a possibility to let this URL be editable in the configuration dialog?
