3DStudioMesh Bug

There's a bug in the TGLX3DStudioMesh loader that
makes some models not to be rendered correctly.
This doesn't applies to all 3ds models however. Must find
out what operations in 3DSMax causes these problems
The only thing i know about the solution of this is that it
might be causes by something related to the "Local
Matrix" saved in the 3ds file.
