#1 Fix for NRE on widget disposal

If the widget is never realized, disposing it will trigger a NullReferenceException when GLWidget.visual is used in GLWidget.Dispose.

I have attached a patch that ensures GLWidget is not null before calling glXDestroyContext.

    In the latest code, this should be fixed. The release will be in the next release after 0.8
