#1 Panel icon does not resize to sit panel width

The size of the panel icon of the applet is fixed - it
does not fit the panel width and does not resize.

Expected: The icon (SVG?) will fit in size and scale
according to the panel size.

If not possible, create a small icon (20 pix. max) that
will fit most panels.
