#4 Select Cycle Start in Preferences

As far as I understand it, the Calendar sets moonrise
of the New Moon as the start of the cycle. I would
prefer this to be changeable; the first day of a month
by the roman calendar, eg, was the day /after/ New
Moon. Others may prefer Full Moon or the day thereafter.

Please also consider giving the number of days into the
cycle.
