#3 Names for part of the cycle should be displayed

It would be nice if the GNOME Lunar Clock Applet should
display the phases "New Moon", "Full Moon", "Waxing
Half Moon" and "Waning Half Moon"; in the times between
these phases, just "Waxing Moon" and "Waning Moon". I
think that should be not too hard to implement.
