+Welcome to GlueCodes!

Bio-programmers are challenged with huge data repositories created by various labs from different parts of the world. This data needs to be parsed/ analysed to extract relevant information from the haystack. For the same reason, programmers need to write glue codes/ scripts which are data/ format specific.
Project GlueCodes is a collection of such small little scripts written for personal usage. Hope it helps some you and saves a bit of your time, removing the redundancy in our efforts to deduce something from the unknown.
