#2 Proth numbers testing

SeventeenOrBust.com and me personally need a PPC
client that can test Proth numbers on mac.

Mark Rodenkirch has such a program that I wrote for him
based on YEAFFT. He claims that it segfaults for him though,
but I beleive that is because of incompatible yeafft
compilation switches.
