I have a fair bit of experience with NSIS.  I'd be willing to create 
Windows .exe installers, and it probably wouldn't be too difficult to 
have the installer offer to set up the proper command line and Visual 
Studio paths.  (Maybe also an OSS IDE, like Code::Blocks?)

I know less about this, but it would be nice to maintain a Ubuntu 
package so that users could install the SDK straight through the package 
manager.  (It would also be a source of cross-advertising.) I'd be 
willing to look into that as well, but I don't have Linux at my office, 
so if I'm in charge of the Linux package it may lag behind the Windows 
installer.
