#3 Capsule all Viewportinformation

Create and code a class which handles all viewport,
coordinatesystem (only orhogonal, the perspective is
handled by the cameraclass) and resize

Suggestion for coordinates:

Use a system like
total width
total height
total depth

width offset for origin
height offset for origin
depth offset for origin
