GLPK for C#/CLI allows you to use the Gnu Linear Programming Kit with all .NET/Mono languages (C#, F#, Python, J#, Scala, Visual Basic, ...). Makefiles for Windows and Linux are provided.

Windows binaries are provided by project GLPK for Windows, http://winglpk.sourceforge.net/.

GLPK for C#/CLI offers access to all GLPK library functions. The examples provided in C# and Visual Basic .Net are a good starting point.
