#4 fit window issues

1) Fit window doesn't update when curve is renamed

2) After fitting, "Remove curve -> Linear" doesn't do anything

3) "Remove curve" does work from Plot window. But Fit window's "Remove curve" doesn't update until a different plot is selected

4) After "Remove curve" from Plot window is used to delete a fit, trying to fit again causes crash.
