Hi all!

After almost one year without test node for gloster 1, we finally set it out on a new server and it is now up and running!

You can try it out by downloading and installing Gloster1 and using the following node information:

Host: node.gloster-p2p.net
Port: 4242
Network Password: gloster

Hi all,

We've decided to be more transparent about the development steps. We will announce regularly what will be the next implemented features in Gloster 2. I mean we will provide a sort of roadmap on our forum.
The next development step is for the 10 of December 2006. Here are the list of what we will do for this date:
- Clients MUST be able to interconnect thanks to the low level network (no encryption key verification)
- First implementation for a higher level network. A simple chat MUST work.
- The chat window MUST look beautiful (not a simple textedit with a button!).
- The contact list MUST look better than now (icons, animations (?), ...)... read more

Hi everybody!

We have not given any news for several months now and, yes, it's true, we have not really worked on Gloster because of our studies. Fortunately, we are currently in an internship period and we have really more free time!

We are proud to tell you the development process is starting again! You should see many updates on our SVN during the next weeks. I have to warn you, the SVN version may not compile all the time or may be really unstable.... read more

1 - Gloster RC2 is now out!
You can find the packages for Windows and Debian and the sources on our sourceforge project's Files page.

Gloster is still alive! Yes, we have not sent any news for 1 month, but we are still improving Gloster!

To accelerate Gloster improvement, we have decided to offer the possibility to download the latest Windows build. You can now find it in the "download" section of the website.
The current build includes a lot of new features and GUI improvement. It fixes many bugs too.
Furthermore, translations are correctly supported. This build supports Swedish and German translation (some words still need to be translated). (thanks to Henbug, sum3ro and Steelrat!).... read more

- Create/Join an encrypted Gloster network without any server
- Chat in pv and in chanels
- Create shared file list
- Search files by name over the network
- Cute GUI with nice icons

- Cuter interface (yes, it's hard but we can do anything for you)
