There is a official implementation? Never heard of. I only know the JCOP
tools from IBM, which are not part of a development kit for a special
card type. I cannot find it at the web site.

The new 2.2 specification is a pain in my neck, I hope it will last some
time, until cards will arrive supporting it. This whole cryptographic
stuff. This is too much. 4 different kinds of secure channel protocols.
They are kidding. This is not the easy way. I wonder, when there will be
cards supporting the new ones.
