This project is free software and has nothing to do with the
GlobalPlatform organization aprt from that it implements the GP
standard. (At least up to GP 2.1.1)

Yes, the homepage is empty. With some time (missing), this could be
done. You can find necessary information at the sorceforge page under
Docs and within the API documentation. Or aks.
