[Globalplatform-users] Relation between this project and www.globalplatform.org

Hi,

I was wondering, what is the relation (if any) between this project and
the globalplatform organization, because I was unable to find any
information about this project on www.globalplatform.org, and also the
homepage of this project is just an empty directory?
