I have added git to sourceforge:
https://sourceforge.net/p/globalplatform/git/ci/master/tree/

SVN should be read only now.

Feel free to fork it and create pull requests. The SCP03 MAC and
encryption patches have been already applied. Your other patches not
yet. Can you please integrate them into your fork?
