Hi Philip, yes, the problem is still unsolved. I had no success and have given up after several days without any progress. Maybe the problem is simple and only an unknown key derivation protocol, but every single bit has a avalanche affect in the encrypted result, so no chance for me to talk to the card. If you can help here this would be great. Please contact me directly for the details.
