#62 App unexpectedly quits when deleting source, then adding new one

Hi,

When I delete a source, then try to add a new one, the app crashes (quits). This happens almost every time. Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 with GL Mixer 1.6 1645.

Bug should be fixed with svn commit r1654
