Commit [r961] Maximize Restore History

End of the hunt for memory leak in VideoFile.

Correct implementation of counters for numbers of pictures and packets
created and deleted shows a perfect ZERO loss.
(compile in DEBUG and show the logs : press copy-to-clipboard)
