Implemented the Property Manager (using libQtManager). Still lots of cleaning to do... but it works.

Starting V0.7 ; starting implementation of PROPERTY BROWSER for sources (using libQtProperty). The basic mechanism is there, now all properties shall be implemented... BTW: improvement of textures for the views.
