Implemented AlgorithmSelectionDialog using the SourceDisplayWidget; I removed the OpencvDisplayWidget and now use SourceDisplayWidget essentially in CameraDialog. On the may, the cleaning of the list of source and ending of the program has been cleaned (as well as some warnings in Qt4.5) |

With source cloning, removing the original causes the clones to be invalid ; there is now a mechanism keeping track of the list of clones and recursively removing them when a source is removed. |
