Implemented the HIDDEN action 'selectGLSLFragmentShader'
Pressing CTRL+G,F opens a file dialog to choose a GLSL fragment shader
file, and loads it in replacement of the default shader.

added a patch for mingw missing dll

Created the CPack installer for WINDOWS !!
