This is crap and a failure :D I need to read up on them posix threads if I'm ever to get this working. I'm commiting nonetheless just in case I want to go back to this. Previous revision works ok.

Intermediate. I've added a class called DeckLinkCapture, which is an attempt at porting the linux deckling capture example to OSX. I will after this checking try to incorporate it into the opencvsource, but thought I'd keep this checking as a backup before I do so
