It now loads a few basic settings from a crowbar.xml file, looked for in the same path as executable

I correctly traverse sources and forward OSC messages

Intermediate: I'm trying to get cameradialog to fetch and display a list of available BMD sources and their respective modes.

Finalized the presets of MixingToolboxWidget: on the way, the list of
blending presets was made global in the program into the common.cpp
file.
