Made GLMixer instance singleton and using Qt::QueuedConnection slot calling to forward messages handled by QtMsgHandler to the GLMixer single instance ; calling qDebug() (and others) to fill in GLMixer logs is now thread safe.

Implementation of a unified logging mechanism for debug, warning and critical error messages.
A new message handler is now connected to a QTreeView of logs and a new docking widget allows to show it.
This required to apply changes in every files which may show a warning or an error message.
