GLMIXER_SIMPLIFIED define for OSX GLSL not working version.

Implementation of TRANSITION SWITCHER with several transition types. OutputRenderWidget now can create new sources to put them in the background during a transition between two sessions.

Fixed bug introduced last commit; wheel events effect is now correct.

Implemented the saving of recent files and folders history. Re-design of folder browser into Session Switcher (to be continued).

Improved drag & drop mechanisms: can drop GLM session file (with error check), added context menu to interrupt drop. Cosmetics on the property browser.
