Added icon for folder search in session switcher

Added smooth pause function with GUI in selection toolbox.

Changed icon and terminology for recursive folder in session switcher;
using term search in subfolder instead.

Improved behavior: saving recursive mode and last folder openned in
settings of session switcher

Ask for confirmation before deleting current session file from session
switcher.

Taking into account renaming of session file in main GUI.

BugFix: enable multiple items with identical session name in session
switcher (because now the list of session file is recursive over multiple
folders).

Change behavior of session switcher: now looking recursively in the
folder for all glm session files (i.e. also in subfolders).
