Implementation of OSC Shortcut to control sources by index instead of

Attempt at fixing tearing of display in fullscreen: do not use window
fullscreen but set it to no border state (and active window state).

BugFix BasketSource conflict with VideoSource

Bugfix Stream Source : update aspect ratio only when openning for the
first time (at creation): bug was that stored scale in GLM war
overwritten after video stream was oppenned.

Basket source loading images with ffmpeg (instead of QImage) for
efficiency.
