Compilation OSX package fixed. GUI alignment cosmetics

Improved behavior for Tag management, and merge with actions for
selection management into the GUI.

BugFix: do not change tag and workspace with the change of snapshot.

Correct behavior for scaling and rotation tools in Mixing view when
sources have same coordinates. Improved Layout actions in mixing view
(snap to border of mixing circle).

BogFix snapshot keyboard event.

Added action to Merge All Workspaces content into the current one.

BugFix: correct behavior of mouse move event over the catalog view (do
not interrupt action in the view when mouse over catalog).
