Uniform GUI for new sources.

BugFix: update all fields of current session line in session switcher
upon file save.

OSC controller support to /glmixer/void/Log and /Ignore messages. Help
updated.

Creation of the OSC target 'void' for debugging and of the Automatic
Fill mode to create translation rules from received input.

Slight change in behavior and unification of the selection process across
all views. A selection is temporary and lost if not used. Also the
individual tool action is standardized (not forcing SHIFT key press).

Adding test of framerate in gl test widget. Cleanup test for opengl
capabilities of glwidget.

Display messages (text) about activity in main view (instead of status
bar).
