Bug Fix display GLSL shader code.

OSC controller support to /glmixer/void/Log and /Ignore messages. Help
updated.

Creation of the OSC target 'void' for debugging and of the Automatic
Fill mode to create translation rules from received input.

Slight change in behavior and unification of the selection process across
all views. A selection is temporary and lost if not used. Also the
individual tool action is standardized (not forcing SHIFT key press).

Adding test of framerate in gl test widget. Cleanup test for opengl
capabilities of glwidget.

Display messages (text) about activity in main view (instead of status
bar).

Bug Fix zoom on source icons in mixing view

Global review of messages in the status bar. Implementation of
information bar (right of status bar) providing basic information on the
current source.

Initial integration of BlackMagic drivers as FreeFrame plugin. Work in progress

Added icons to actions in context menus.
