BugFix: renaming of source when clone or undo was causing recursive
update.

Unified implementation of glMaximumFramebufferWidth and
glMaximumTextureWidth. Slight adjustment of catalog resolution.

Extra behavior for exclusive mode of workspaces; when switching to a
workspace, select all sources in it: this allows fast control of an
entire selection of source (e.g. play-stop with space after switching to
workspace). Changed keyboard shortcut to single digit keys (without CTRL
modifier).

Implementation of generic Image Atlas to keep maps of textures in GPU
RAM. Integration of Atlas into Basket Source for no limitation of image
count and dimensions.

Validating minor changes in dev of Basket Source.

BugFix Size Selection widget (missing values) and runtime check for
validity of values.

Complete implementation of Basket Source creation dialog.

First working implementation of Basket Source, with GUI and saving in
session file.
