BugFix : do NOT reset the identifyer of sources on cleanup (because
hidden sources are created in rendering manager, preference manager,
etc.). The maximum id is 4294967295 (unsigned int) and we can safely
consider it will never be reached (e.g. if creating 1 source every
second, it would take 138 years to reach this number!!).

Redesign of MixingToolboxWidget Presets. Now using presets described as
XML, and applying configuration to source using xml. This enables saving
GPU Plugins in presets. This unifies the use of presets as 'property
brush'.
