Moving to SVN and more

It's been a while, but there's been a lot of progress.

Since the 1.0 release, GLICT supports skinning, scrollbars, virtual areas in panel and more. Soon there will be a release of 1.1 soon. Hopefully the interest in this project will sprout soon. Any time soon. Anyone?

GLICT has been listed on Ohloh now, so you can look at the code statistics and graphs over there!

In the meantime, GLICT's technology is moving from CVS to SVN which should allow faster commits and better tracking of the progress.
