It's fixed (relatively) now.  There are still some directories that should
never have been there, but everything should be updated and buildable.  I
released another version/build with dynamic lib support (dll) and a few
other fixes.  See the readme.

At some point I'll probably work on building this thing for Mesa in linux
and putting up some Makefiles.  Unless someone else wants to.
