Rogue(not matched with LF) CR characters scramble the *.h files generated
Quick Fix:
Replace them out

GLEW code generation is known to be problematic on Windows / Cygwin.
If there is a patch or git branch to fix this, I'd welcome it.
I tend to rely on Linux of Mac machines for GLEW purposes...
