#100 Is there a Typo in th liscence?

in http://glew.sourceforge.net/glew.txt, the 'modified bsd' license, there is the following paragraph:

• The name of the author may be used to endorse or promote products
  derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

I'm just wondering if that should read "may NOT be used to endorse..."

This is not a problem for me as I'm happy to use the one at http://glew.sourceforge.net/khronos.txt but I wanted to point it out to someone just in case and didn't know where else to do so.
