I was mildly disappointed. See, it's been a few years after Compiz shook the world and perhaps was one of the reasons Ubuntu was brought to the masses. But we're still using the same old GDM ad KDM. Sure, some people contributed themes ... but there's only so much that you can do with a theming engine.
