#1 Mirror VGA monitor support

It would be helpful to have the ability to flip x or y axis to allow for
use in old arcade cabinets that use a mirror to reflect the image
from a monitor (pointed skyward and below the control panel)
toward the player standing out side at the controls. MAME
currentyl supports this but very few *good* frontends that will run
in windows can handle it. I like Game Launcher and the *feature*
would be welcomed by those of us sorely in need.

Screens reflected in a mirror are fairly common in vintage
cabinets.
