#14 Alternate Menu Title using Bitmap

Here's an idea that I think would allow for a lot of
customization/coolness and take very little time to
implement:

Add an optional menu_logo variable to the individual
configs. If it's present and pointing to a valid file, that file
should get shown instead of the Menu Title text.

This not only allows for the title to have graphic items in
it (a fist on the 'Fighting Games' menu, a wheel on
the 'Racing Games' menu, etc...), but it also allows you
to be really creative with the font - which could now be
entirely different from the font used by each list item.

The format of the logo is not important, but I recommend
PNG since it is free, allows for transparency, and
compresses halfway decent (more than enough for the
limited space of the menu-title).

I don't think this one would be too difficult to implement,
and you must admit - it would allow us to create some
pretty menus. Please please please please.... :)
