#2 Centralize external libraries into lib

The lib directory should contain and centralize all
external libraries that Glassbox depends on.

- should use Maven repo format
- ant/eclipse should use as source of libraries
- should contain src code for debugging

future use of ivy/maven and shared repositories is
possible, but this centralization is a useful start.
